Needed a direct deposit slip and couldn't find one online. I'd forgot my mask (COVID) and went through the drive thru to obtain this document (knowing it was a random request) and they were open...

We got helped by the employee named Richard, at the Chase on Main and Teel. He was super friendly and helpful.

Chase bank deposited into wrong account they don't check details properly and zero cross reference on customers accounts. Useless bank when it comes to resolving issues

Quick and easy. Went in to deposit a check, was out in less than 2 minutes. Helpful staff too.

I wish I could give less but 1 star is the lowest scale. This is by far the worst branch any bank has. you can never walk into the bank and get help other than at the counter. you get fake smiles...
