First time banking with chase.I opened a business account with Dana she couldn't have been any better explained everything with detail and patience to any questions I had.

I took both of my teens to open an account today, but there were not any bankers. I tried to inquire whether there was another branch they could recommend that might be able to help and the branch...

Horrible customer experience and service at this location. Staff is rude and unprofessional. It takes forever to get anything done at this branch. The ATM does not always work as well. Be warned.

Been sitting here with my girl for 20 minutes trying to open a account...2 girls behind the counter and one manager that can start an account...shes sitting with a customer talking about her life...
