Originally, from Michigan, Chef Michael moved to Houston in 1980 where he began his employment at the Houston Country Club. In 2o11, he decided to follow his passions further, realizing his dream of ownership, and established Catering by Chef Michael. By creating personalized custom catering menus to corporate, residential, and private accounts in The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Tomball areas, Catering by Chef Michael has grown to become the premier catering company.
