Cherice Conley-Harvey, MD

Benjamin Vu, OD completed his Bachelor's of Science at Xavier University of Louisiana in 2016 and then went on to obtain his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Medicine in 2020. Dr. Vu provides eye exams and treatment for eye conditions in adults and children, including corneal and retinal diseases. He aims to build a lasting relationship with his patients, so they can comfortably bring up any concern they might have and get the right treatment. He joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in October 2023.

Dr. Firas Quddos earned his Bachelor of Science in 2004 at Houston Baptist University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, in 2010. He completed his Family Practice residency at Summa Barberton Hospital in Barberton, Ohio, in 2014. Dr. Quddos was an attending physician with the Memorial Hermann Medical Group from 2014 to 2020. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2020.

"Katrina Zalavarria is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) with experience in direct management of patients with acute and chronic illnesses. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005 at the University of the Philippines Manila, College of Nursing. She completed her Master of Science degree in Nursing in 2014 and achieved certification as a family nurse practitioner at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Nursing. Katrina has served in a number of nursing roles over the course of her career, including, most recently, family nurse practitioner positions at Pearland Family Medicine from June 2015 to March 2016 and at Memorial Hermann Medical Group - Friendswood from January 2017 to August 2020. She joined the Kelsey-Seybold Internal Medicine department in July 2021."
