I have used the CPL network of offices in several locations . 5 stars to this office for their professionalism and speed of service.

Horrendous system, inefficient, slow. Not well staffed and existing staff don't take you in order of when you checked in. Even though everything was done including my paperwork & insurance steps,...

Horrible wait. Plan to be here for at least an hour. This is pretty ridiculous. I understand the staff deal with a lot of people but you work with people, be nicer.

Been here over an hour since I signed in on the computer and have yet to talk to a person. Unacceptable. Avoid this place.
