After driving around forever on a Saturday(every dang restaurant was closed on a weekend in Pearsall, Tx!!!!), we found this bbq place. Again our rule is , if it's empty on a weekend, think twice....

I've eaten here twice, and plan on going back again and again. The regular brisket plate, with spicy sausage, was fantastic. The BarBQ sauce was served on the side, which is the way I prefer....

Just cannot afford to eat there anymore. They are selling it by the pound or by the ounce. I did like it once in a while as a treat. And I would like to go back if they can set a price....
