We are a private practice providing counseling, telemental health (online counseling), and complementary services. Our mission is to empower diverse individuals to be able to heal, grow, and change their lives to thriving with the assistance of diverse treatment modalities, approaches, and perspectives and ease of access to treatment. I provide a multi-dimensional approach when assisting individuals with problem solving. I use a person-centered style by exploring/resolving ambivalence.
