Poor customer service and communication. I actually signed up for an appointment and they took so long (almost 25 minutes) that I ended up leaving and going to their competitor.

Slow unfriendly and messy. And Slow slow slow. Invest 45 mins to pick up an RX even if you are notified it's ready. And they don't care whatsoever. CVS must be paying online sites to rate them...

2.5 I stopped in here for a drink. I didn't have any issues and used self check out. Parking was easy and there was no wait for the check out either.
