I have seen some bad reviews for this location but I live in the neighborhood and I think the people who work here are great! They are always friendly, including the pharmacy staff

Do yourself a favor and drive to any other CVS. They are just rude here. I've been here on several separate occasions and this will be the last one.

Showed up for my 10am COVID test and was told that the technician wouldn't be in until 12:30. No courtesy phone call or email notice given. Returned at 12:20 and have been waiting for 25 minutes....
