Just had my grill cleaned and I am less than happy. From afar the grilling surface and lid underside looks ok, but upon closer inspection, it is far from what I expected, or what is advertised....

They clean my grill which looks great, but now it won't light. I've called and emailed the company but no response. I would not be using them again and advise the same for anyone else.
