Inspired by our Taco Truck on the patio at ABIA's South Terminal, De Nada Cantina was built during the 2020 pandemic and opened in May 2021. Founded by the owners of Sawyer & Co. and 2 Dine 4 Fine Catering, De Nada Cantina brings the best of the kitchens of East Austin to the public for authentic interior Mexican cuisine.
Specialties
East Austin's loveliest little taco joint. Take it easy because less is more. Handmade tortillas pressed and cooked on the comal, slow-braised meats, and traditional handcrafted margaritas served in a greenhouse. Nothing fancy, just delicious. Mediocre at best. Margs were ok (main plus is that two gets you drunk), food wasn't good. The server was nice but a few of our friend's orders came out wrong. Super packed and only two bathrooms...
