I love the bagels here... but each time I come the wait in the drive thru is ridiculously long. It's not that there isn't enough staff ... there is always plenty of people inside. I'm talking15-20...

This place is terrible. Over a dozen employees walking around like a bunch of Oompa Loompas, one with a lollipop in her mouth in the food area (I'm sure that's a health code violation), can't get...

Food is good but I always have to wait so long in the drive thru even when it's slow! And always out of everything bagel.

A bit pricy for bagels and found coffee not strong enough. Wait staff needs more training.
