The clinic in itself is nice however the front desk is not. Very rude amd unfriendly. The front desk is the first person a patient interacts with. That matters to more people than you know.

The person that answers the phone is absolutely unacceptably rude. I was trying to ask simple questions nervous for my appointment and she made me cry. I've never had someone talk to me like that...
