Quality fresh pasta make all my Italian dishes even better! Most recently I used Fabio's delightfully thin lasagna sheets for my 9"x13" Baking Dish!

I am always in the mood for anything artisanal, and Fabio's definitely fits the bill. So far, my favorite pasta purchased here is the spinach fettuccine. The quality is obviously so much better...

I can't believe I'm just discovering this place! When I walked in, the owner was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the process of making what I bought - the sugorosa sauce and rigatoni....
