HistoryOur business started officially in 2007 under a different name. We were a mobile fitness company with the Austin/Round Rock, TX area's first and only 40 foot long mobile personal training studio. We did health and fitness fairs and participated in corporate fitness expos teaching people how to workout properly and effectively. We evolved into the company that we are today over time. Coach Scott and Akilah lead boot camps together and separately. we have always made it our intention to give our clients much more than they pay for.SpecialtiesThe King Cat Fitness Athletic Development Center is a fitness training company that provides Personal Training, Semi Private Training, Boot Camps, Senior Fitness Programs, Sports Training, Corporate Wellness Programs and Nutritional Guidance. Coach Scott and Akilah often tag team during Boot Camp sessions motivating and watching everyone closely. They're form junkies over there. Someone once called them Cross-Fit without the injuries. HistoryPROIFC was started a couple years ago after training players for pro trials. The intentions of this company from there on was to not only train and develop players for pro trials but to also give the same training to younger players seeking different goals through the game.SpecialtiesDevelop soccer players of all ages and provide a platform with opportunities to play at various levels worldwide.

SpecialtiesOur boot camps consist of high intensity interval training (HIIT) in a group setting. Camps combine strength and endurance training into quick and fun exercises. HIIT boot camps increase muscle mass and reduce fat.
