Used to be great. They moved to a new location with no human interaction except for a zoom call. We will be closing our accounts and changing to a different financial establishment. Do not recommend.

Great Financial Services but Member (customer) Service is far from what it used to be with lack of caring for the Member and their needs.

Mobile banking has been down for over 2 weeks, no eta on fixing; no sense of urgency. They did an upgrade and messed up our online access. No matter how many times we called they never fixed it.
