The food is awful, potatoes aren't even cooked all the way. Tried to pickup my order at 6pm said they don't close until 7pm, but no one was there. Finally after 20 minutes of sitting in my truck...

The food is great but the customer service is lacking! If they could deliver their food on time 1x each month, that would be great. Having them show up after 8pm more than once is discouraging.
