HistoryWe started Faith & Fitness with a vision, a dream...and not much else. We had an extremely small facility and minimal equipment. But because of our care for our clients results and our family friendly atmosphere, we were able to grow continuously month after month. We now operate in a much larger facility, with a growing staff, and new clients coming through our doors everyday. BUT!
