Zero customer service. The sales guy was rude mind you everytime I walked in, it was EMPTY. They never have loaners for the past 5 years I'm not kidding you won't get loaner they don't apologize...

Drove over an hour to buy a Escalade only for false advertising. Online the accessory package is $1,695 once they give you the paper work they will up it to $9,995! Be careful when shopping here!

Similar experience with loaners not being available unless I wait 5 weeks to bring in Escalade. There's always a problem of some kind with service department: forget to order part, wrong part...
