Fred was born in Philly then moved from Philly to Dallas in 1982. He couldn't find a decent Philly Cheesesteak that was up to the high "Philadelphia Standards" so he started making his own. Soon family, friends and acquaintances wanted his Cheesesteaks all the time!

Fred's Is as close to an Original Philly Cheesesteak that you can get from the meat to the bun! Love this place!
