A Taste of Brazil at Gauchos Do Sul Now with 2 locations, Vintage Park the original location, and Highland Village. Gauchos Do Sul is a new Brazilian Traditional Steakhouse complete with Rodìzio-style service, a gourmet salad area, a cocktail lounge, a wine room, and a weekly piano bar. During the 15th century, Southern Brazil was a land of vast plains, cattle-filled pasture, and a place called home to “gauchos,” cattlemen of South America, and a national symbol of pride and tradition. For us, more specifically, a region called the Rio Grande do Sul. Over time, as the Gauchos of Brazil continued to colonize and cultivate, they also created a culture, rich with pride in their land, passion for their roots, and love for their people.
