This, along with being a Certified Mortgage Planner® and Certified Divorce Lending Professional has uniquely diversified my perspective regarding real estate assets and financing. To date, I have an expert understanding of the implications of the tax/family laws and special lending guidelines involved in marital assets and developed mastery in mortgage qualification processes. Furthermore, I take mortgage planning a step further by building custom mortgage strategies considering my client's overall financial goals, such as retirement, tax or education plans.
