It all started with a shift in priorities and a longing for simplicity. Andy Bell had spent over a decade navigating the corporate landscape, initially as a stockbroker and later in the food and beverage sector. Seeking to establish a family and realizing that the demanding hours of restaurant management left little room for personal life, Andy and his wife decided to return to their hometown of Houston.
