My wife and I have both spent 20+ years in the restaurant industry, finally deciding to make our own mark in the culinary game. The name of our company refers to the fact that I'm a yankee living in Austin (not speaking a word of Spanish), and that we incorporate Hatch green chiles into our menu.
Specialties
We are a family owned food truck that specializes in hot dogs, sliders, and breakfast tacos/burritos. We feature family grown Hatch green chiles in a lot of our items, giving everything an extra kick of heat. Stay calm....eat green chiles!

Wow, wow and wow. I have become somewhat disenchanted with the food trailer scene. The pricing often seems on par with a restaurant that has napkins, tables, chairs, and facilities and wait...

Okay...need to update my last review. If you don't try their chili you should walk off a steep cliff blindfolded. If you don't like their chili you need to stop breathing. This ain't yo momma's...

Was at Dog House Drinkery Dog Park and tried their hatch sliders and it was delicious. Going to try something new this weekend. Go see them you will love it!
