Greenville Water Distribution

The Water Distribution Division is operated by the Department of Public Works, which is a part of the government of the City of Greenville in Texas. The division offers water meter replacement services. It also provides painting and color coding solutions for fire hydrants. The Water Distribution Division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of more than 200 miles of water lines. It administers a water line improvement program. The department handles capital improvement projects, as well as offers engineering and floodplain management solutions. The Department of Public Works maintains a traffic division and wastewater treatment plant. In addition, the department provides street cleaning and maintenance services.
