Never got anyone to answer or call me back. A friend goes there for cut and color and I thought her hair looked good so she recommended I try them out. Bummed I couldn't get a hold of anyone.

I always pop in for a quick wash, dry & style. I will say, they scrub the hell out of a dry itchy scalp, which is sooooooooo nice. I always have a little concern about the wire round brushes...
