The website says is open from 8am to 5pm and I arrived at 4:35 to renew placards and rude lady at check in said they're were closed.

This place is literally hell on Earth. It is always packed, the employees are so unhelpful, and everything moves at a snail's pace. If possible, avoid this place at all costs!
