The room had a horrible smell. The staff did add a fan in the room to help with the smell but it really did not do much. The Carpet looked dirty. Someone's luggage was left in cabinet above...

I tried to check in, was refused service, canceled my reservation and there is a charge on my credit card made by the hotel. The person doing this claimed she was the hotel manager.
