We always do the 1 hour foot + back. as stated in other reviews TIP 20% IS EXPECTED. they are tipped employees so that is their pay and they deserve it. just plan on that as part of the expense...

i went there for foot massage and payed for an hour and they only did 42 minutes and said was done
