After a health issue in college, Nelson Monteith realized the benefits of eating well and having an overall better quality of life. With clean food being a top priority for him, he did not always have time to commit to this kind of diet, while keeping up with a busy lifestyle. Wanting to make a change, Monteith opened Honest Mary's: a convenient place for people to eat healthy, approachable food, made with honest ingredients.

Honest Mary's specializes in freshly created grain bowls, made from an all-scratch kitchen. The in-house, organic ingredients are locally sourced (whenever possible), always using non-GMO oils and never using refined sugar, ensuring each grain bowl has the most powerful health benefits.
