History

The owner of the company started with an Residential Architectural degree in 1978 with several earth sheltered homes built. Then moved to become a Project Manager for a commercial paint and wallcovering company in Houston in 1989. After assisting in increasing sales from $4m a year to $14m and 11 years of service he moved to The Texas Medical Center. This position was Director of Building Operations over 3 buildings. He worked with FEMA after Tropical Storm Allison to re-build heavily damaged buildings and came in $1m under budget. Working part-time as a handyman and building decks then room additions; requests for more work required him to work fulltime in 2004. For the past 20 years we have been grateful to work in the Lake Livingston area.
