The Hyatt Place Waco South, is a newly constructed hotel schedule to open soon in 2019. The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of Central Texas MarketPlace. We are located near shops and restaurants in the Central Texas MarketPlace and located 5 miles to downtown Waco, Magnolia Market at the Silos and Baylor University. The hotel will offer food 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Guests can wake up to breakfast served fresh every day. They can start their morning with cage-free eggs, steel cut-oatmeal, whole fruit, all natural bacon and sausage, greek yogurt and lots more. Breakfast is free with their World of Hyatt membership.
