1 star is to many! Fees, fees, fees= regrets regrets regrets! Do not open a bank account there, especially a business account. Smh!

The employees in this bank cant count I always have to double check the deposit slip, or cash back. Staff never greets you when you come in. There will be three or four counter people doing...

Slow service. Incompetent tellers. 1 star is too many. The other IBCs have better service for sure. Waited over 20 min with only two people with the teller. No greeting at all. Just plain...
