Went through the drive through the machine wasn't working and the manager was very rude and yelled at me and my husband for no reason. I will be calling corporate that's no way to treat a customer.

It was the worst food we have ever had from a Jack in the Box. The burgers were terrible and so small, the tacos were spicy hot, i told them we wanted mild taco sauce but they only gave us hot...

Customer service was not so good .. the guy prepping the food looked like he had no gloves on and the girl with long hair was In the kitchen with no gloves or anything... I am really disappointed
