Just genuinely nice people work here. I needed my ring resized and the process was seamless. Both Nadine and Kathya helped me. Very personable and helpful! I'm so glad I got my rings from Jared....

We bought my husband ring in July and it literally fall apart (in half) after 2 months. Very disappointed. No need to add more words .
