This morning I got to Jiffy Lube at 8am so I wouldn't have to wait. I received great service & they were quick getting my oil change done. I was able to use a coupon off their website which is nice!

RIPOFF: Still had to pay $15 in addition to my Groupon!! Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The "15 minute oil change" took 65 minutes !

Stay away from the Boerne Jiffy Lube. They proved to be scattered and inept. Once I checked in I was informed that they didn't change my oil filter the last time I was there. They never informed...
