Went here and got my passion twists done by Joy the day before Mother's Day and was charged $180. Since their twists start at $160 WITH hair included, I was expecting to be charged that price...

This not the first they've disappointed me. I asked them if they can do a hair style I like and they'll say yeah. But it never comes out the way it looks in the picture or not even close.
