The Bentwater Property Owners Association is an official property owner organization that is recognized and established by Bentwater deed restrictions. It works to improve the quality of life and to protect the property values for various property owners of Bentwater. The association enforces the Bentwater deed restrictions, as well as manages the day-to-day operations of its subdivisions. The Bentwater Property Owners Association also performs operation related to entrance management, subdivision maintenance, architectural control and property owner communication. It additionally offers scheduled activities that are designed to appeal to residents of several ages.
