I've been coming here for years and KED is the best and the phlebotomist are so nice and fast. Jazmine and Mel are the best !!! I highly recommend this place for all new donors

I had a very disappointing experience at KED Plasma in Irving. The staff seemed unorganized and uninterested in helping donors, and the overall process took way longer than it should have....

I won't recommend anyone here i was a new donor and to verify my address they said they would mail me a post card to bring back for my second donation i didn't receive it for 2 and half weeks...

This establishment is really good at making people with disabilities feel humiliated and uncomfortable. after receiving all documents and taking blood pressure for my sisters first plasma donation...
