We met the manager and he is the sweetest man with amazing customer service skills. The ambience was calm and chill. The chicken was cooked well (nice and brown)! I see the place has low ratings...

Roach cut me in line, cashier look at it then walked away. More understaffed than a dumpster. Building looked worse than a house fire. Stood there for over 10 minutes, they were too blind to see...

I had a "quick pickup" that was listed as ready at 6pm cst and when I arrived the food was on the pick up shelf and nobody came up to the register or even acknowledged me I went through the drive...
