Had to purchase socks. Hosts were not helpful to birthday girls mom. Kids enjoyed themselves but no age range

The atmosphere is great for kids. My only issue is they charge adults for just coming in. But they are charging us for things we never received and I mean charging alot. I wish we would have just...

The facility is nice and clean however it's not good for small 3-5 year olds that are potty trained. The toddler are is for toddlers in diapers and the big play area can be a lot.
