HistoryAfter graduating from Texas A&M University and a successful career; in 2007, after years of neglect, during a routine annual checkup I was diagnosed Type II diabetic with unhealthy cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. So I determined myself to take back my health. in 2010 I went back to my doctor and the result of my annual checkup was my biometrics had reversed and I was no longer Type II diabetic, my cholesterol had normalized and my blood pressure was normal. My health is now exemplary. I achieved a personal training certification with the Cooper Institute - the gold standard of personal training certifications and the world's leader in preventative medicine. Likewise, I achieved 5 additional certifications, to accompany my previous 3 health and wellness certifications.
