The customer service is what will bring me back to La Boucherie and their willingness to order what they do not have in stock (i.e., Bacon with the Rein) on it. There are so many specialty dishes...

Back where i live markets like this are history, a fish market named Paoli's and a meat guy named Sam the Butcher (actually his name was Dennis but anyway...) now it's all just so much grocery...

Best place to find honest to goodness Cajun, New Orleans food!! If not in the Spring area, they also sell at HEB

I can't recommend this place enough. Great staff and selection. Been back three time in one week. About to crack open a couple of their stuffed chickens. The current personal favorite right now...
