Will make you wait forever even if you have an appointment. The staff are impolite and kept me standing and waiting at the front desk for over 10 minutes despite the fact they KNEW I was there....

I was impressed with my Phlebotomist. She was amazing, personality and the stick. I was so nervous because I always feel a sting. I did not feel a thing. Just a hot flash due to nerves. lol
