Kelly Callahan, MSN, FNP-C, started her career as a registered nurse and then continued her education completing her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2012 to become a family nurse practitioner. Kelly offers both well and sick care, providing travel medicine, vaccines, and annual physicals as well as treatment and management of chronic conditions. Emphasizing that patient education helps improve overall health, Kelly maintains a focus on disease and illness prevention. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.

Teresa Herrin, MSN, AGACNP-BC, is a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. After obtaining her Bachelor's of Applied Science in Nursing with honors in 2015, Teresa earned her Master's of Science in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021. She then completed additional training at Metropolitan State University to become a Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse Specialist. As a nurse practitioner, Teresa provides care for young adults and the geriatric population, treating acute and chronic conditions and helping patients reach wholistic health goals. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.

Kendal Garza, FNP-C, started her medical career as a registered nurse, having earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman's University in Houston, Texas, in 2010. She went on to become a certified family nurse practitioner after completing her Master of Science - Family Nurse Practitioner, also at Texas Woman's University, in 2018. Kendal's favorite part about practicing medicine is getting to connect with others and helping patients accomplish their healthcare goals. She treats all patients across the lifespan from age 3 and above for everything from infections to yearly wellness exams and chronic conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2023.
