This is an OLD motel. We found it quaint. (Still registered on paper) It was clean and well maintained. It has garage parking for cars. The owner was very friendly. Would definitely recommend...

I don't mind old and quaint but this room needs a good cleaning and some fresh paint . not been cleaned well for a long time .

It's where I stay when in Tulia. Simple, not fancy, but clean, comfortable, good size rooms at a very reasonable price.

Great place to stop while passing through. Price is right on and Rooms are updated! I was very please with this ma n pa local motel.
