I have lived here for almost a year now, and it's by far the worst apartment I've ever lived at. Expect to have lots and lots of German cockroaches, no matter how clean you keep your apartment....

Just understand that every apartment gets bad reviews okay!? Most for dumb reasons. But my personal experience with this place has been fantastic. Ive stayed in quite a few apartments in my life...
