Katrina ruined my hair. Why would you go inwards on my sideburns and ALSO leave them long and uneven at the end. I look like a Neanderthal and want a refund.

I've been here since they opened and I love getting my haircuts here but today wasn't it. My haircut was rushed and no effort was put into it. I'd say downhill this place has gone. Won't see me...
