They ruin your brand new shirts by pressing where the buttons are and leaving a permanent mark on the sleeves or whatever. I don't know the exact process but these marks have ruined expensive shirts.

Been coming here since I moved to the area 9 years ago. They take care of my clothes, fitted my son's prom, patch work on rips, alterations on curtains all while greaeting you by name.
