HistoryStan Foster began his career in group health insurance in 1975 at The Foster Group, becoming president in 1985. Under his leadership, the company became the largest individual and group health brokerage firm in the states of Texas and Louisiana, with 14 offices and more than 85 employees. Stan later founded Foster Benefit Resources in 1990. Stan was president of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters from 1981 to 1984. In 2006 he was bestowed with the Hollis Roberson Award, the highest honor presented by the Texas Association of Health Underwriters. With heavy hearts and great sorrow, we lost Stan Foster on June 1, 2008. Kim Foster became President in 2008. She has been a long time member of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters and is a proud sponsor of both the Dallas and Fort Worth chapter.
